This dress was absolutely stunning and I felt beautiful and comfortable wearing it. I ordered a size 14 and then got a local dressmaker to make adjustments. Luckily there was enough fabric in the seam to take the hips out for me, so that was good. I also had the straps and waist adjusted and a bottom and loop put on the train so I could put it up at night in a waterfall effect. It is a fabulous dress, the pink colour was perfect, nice and subtle and the lace and sparkle was beautiful and very special. Thank you!

Love this dress. It has a lot of layers(about 6), but still light and comfortable. The only problem that I had was climbing stairs. I kept stepping on the bottom of the inside layer, because I couldn't grab all of the layers at once while trying to lift it up. I had to have some help, but other than that it made me feel like a queen. Great for all body types too.

I love this dress but to answer one question yes this dress is very long and if you are under 6'0 in height you will need to have it altered. I am 6'1 and it was about 2 to 3 inches dragging without any heels on.i find it prefect and i will not need alterations because i do not plan on wearing more than a 3 inch heel so its prefect for me but now short individuals. Also it does run small. I normally wear a sz 7 in juniors. I had to get a sz 12 in this due to my 34DD bust because the 10 fit perfect in the waist but i couldn't breath with the girls suffocating. I will have to get the waist alerted since now its lose but bust wise perfect.

Always having a "thing" for Vera, I was at David'a looking at bridesmaid dresses and came across some of the Vera collection. This one had just came in so she went to the back and got it out of the box as she thought it'd be one I'd like. Boy was she right!! This one definitely hooked me in, wasn't what I ever expected to really like - but it made feel like a princess, Belle in particular :) still have a few dresses to revisit but this is definitely a current top runner! We added a glittery band for some extra sparkle and glitter!

hi i was just wondering if someone can help me,i love this dress and soooo want to order it but i have read alot of people saying it arrives too long and they need to take it up. i am only 5ft 2 in height and am worried if it arrives too long and i have to take it up will i lose the ruffled detail at the bottom and will the corset sit too low?? i know people will be thinking just custom the size but some people are still saying it needs taken in or up etc and id really like any advice please
